Go on... I'd love to know what kind of anarchist society had a
functioning judicial and penal system in place, and how the leaders of
that anarchist society were chosen.

I would like to point out that anarchist societies are never allowed
to exist for long because they are quickly eliminated by force by
compulsory governments.
