Go on... I'd love to know what kind of anarchist society had a
functioning judicial and penal system in place, and how the leaders of
that anarchist society were chosen.
If it was a true anarchist society then there would be nothing to stop
any motorists hauled up before some sort of anarchist judge to pull an
uzi out from under his coat and machine gun the entire courtroom.

Not according to Doug. As is usual, Gollum has a different
understanding of "anarchism" than the rest of us.
If you ask him nicely, he'll provide a link to the wikipedia article
on anarchism. And if you ask even more nicely, he'll admit he doesn't
agree with it.
