Indeed. It is in my view a ludicrously light sentence. Such a lenient
punishment would never be given in respect of a death or injury caused
in any other way, would it? Oh hang on, what's this?

Mmm. Death-by-dangerous. That'd be a maximum 14yr sentence if he'd been
in a car.
