BrianW <brianwhitehead@xxxxxxxxxxx> gurgled happily, sounding much like
they were saying:
I thought I had made my point crystal clear. For completely wrecking
the life of another human being this motorist only got six months
inside and was not banned from driving for life. In five years time,
for the motorist, it will be as if it had never happened but his victim
will continue to suffer for the rest of his life.
Indeed. It is in my view a ludicrously light sentence. Such a lenient
punishment would never be given in respect of a death or injury caused
in any other way, would it? Oh hang on, what's this?

Oh dear, another GollumTheory bites the dust.
Mmm. Death-by-dangerous. That'd be a maximum 14yr sentence if he'd been
in a car.
