Where is the medical for cyclists?

Probably because there is no medical for motorists, who kill and
injure far more people than cyclists. Obviously the first priority is
to introduce compulsory annual private medicals for motorists first
and then think about medicals for cyclists.

Why in that order, why not everyone at the same time?
