No. It means "Large Goods Vehicle", and is the current favoured term for
what used to be HGV.

Depends on the size of van... They'll mean full licence for the class of
vehicle they're wanting you to drive.

Ask 'em. After all, if you're happy to accept £15k for it, you'll be
pissed off if you ask for £20k and they rule you out for wanting too

Thanks Adrian, therefore I'm not able to apply for the first job, only
the van driving job.
I thought we used to have HGV & LGV where LGV meant Light goods
Vehicle. Did it change or was this never the case?
It was never the case. Maybe you are confusing it with the PLG road tax class - Private Light Goods?
