quite rare so there is only possible provision for one if needed and a
dropped kerb would be an extra.
I find it quite remarkable that motorists expect taxpayers to provide
them with dropped kerbs for free, at a 2000 quid a pop. Whatever next?
If they can't afford to run a car they should do without.
