Not rubbish. How else would you grow oranges in our climate then?
Why would we need oranges? I've already proven and repeated countless
times that we have native veg with HIGHER Vit C content than the
oranges you buy.
in a warmer climate without the need for heated greenhouses. The point
being that some foods use less energy being transported to UK than
they would need being grown here.
Doug. If one is using fossil fuels either directly or indirectly then you
might have a point. However there are other sources of heat such as horse
and other animal dung.
