Hmm I agree they shouldn't be building another coal-fired power
station. It should be nuclear.

There is a lot of coal, and they might as well use it for something useful, as it's about the only thing it can be used for. However, I agree with ou - Nuclear would be a better option long term.

Indeed; I can't see the sense in spending billions now on a coal plant only to spend billions more later on a nuke. They might as well just build the nukes now and not waste the cash on coal.
