Indeed, and I can picture him (I really do wish I couldn't) sitting on the floor cross legged, with his eyes closed and his fingers stuck in his ears shouting inanities in the hope that all those who ask embarrassing questions that catch him out will get bored and go away.



If I end up visiting an awkward customer today I shall think of that image & smile.
