Killing people on our roads never has been a major taboo. Hadn't you
noticed yet?

That would be why it doesn't have specific laws against it and why
people don't ever go to jail for it...

Yes the laws, such as they are, are road killing specific and are
treated more generously than other forms of killing, helped by the
euphemistic use of the word 'accident' as a substitute for 'crash'.


Of course I'm fully aware of your unique viewpoint on road accidents.
( that they are never accidents, that the driver is always to blame
and that intent is something that you don't understand). Its a
viewpoint purely based on a dislike for cars; not road safety or
saving lives.

No it is based on the assumption that the law should treat everyone
equally and that there are far too many cars on our roads which
present a social and environmental blight and a danger.

Oh yes, and I am far from alone in this.
