Indeed. That's the page you posted earlier, and which states quite clearly
that the Pendular first entered service in July 1980.
Tilting trains first entered service in 1938.
Although interestingly the TALGO trains appear to be the most popular
version at present, with them being manufactured under licence around
the world, especially in the USA and Canada.
I bet the septics don't admit that their trains are licensed "foreign"
designs.
