Surely that depends on the nature of the help and support?

Of course it does.
BC will have put the families in touch with solicitors who are experts in
cases involving cyclists. It will be up to the families whether or not they
accept the advice and support offered.
If it is unwelcome it can be refused. At teh moment that doesn't seem to
have happened.

Goodge would seem to prefer that BC withdrew all support, even though the
families may not wish it.
He seems to know what they want.
