Quite. According to the Guardian on 8 March 2006, just four cyclists
were prosecuted last year for jumping a red light. I see that number
every day as I walk to work.

Whether it's true or not, what has it to do with motoring covictions?

What's the difference between a cyclist jumping a red light, ignoring
barred turns and using routes they aren't allowed to - and a car driver
doing it?
