On the subject of correlation between offences and deaths, don't forget the much greater number of distressing serious injuries, some of which eventually end in death or permanent disablement.I've told you before, more people die every day with heart disease than die in an entire year on the roads, and some of those deaths will be heart related, when are you going to look to doing something about reducing deaths by heart failure than just bleat on about innocent motorists.
