Not IME and I've experienced plenty of District disruptions. I've had 20
minute delays there more than on the Circle.


It probably depends on what you're doing with the District. If you
want to go to one particular branch, say to Richmond, then you can
have long waits while nothing but Ealings, Wimbledons and Circles go
through.

But if you're lucky enough to be going somewhere served by more than
one branch, then that increases your chance of a good train. You
don't have that luxury waiting for the Circle.
