Personally, I never buy anything online any more. I've had bad
experiences of things going wrong with mail-order companies in the past,
and they WEREN'T sorted out. I'm not going to make a special exception
for tickets. I'll buy my pre-pays in the newsagent and if anything goes
wrong I'll complain to the shopkeeper right there in front of me, a real
human being and not some faceless machine on the end of the internet!
The disadvantages? Well, you have to fill in a form giving them your
name and address. No thanks!
