The £6 per hour around here just dont seem to be cutting it, the amount of
drivers that have walked from Pensnett over the last 6 months is amazing,
but with.... long long split shifts (one in particular starts at 0830 and
you dont finish until about 2100!!!), a traffic manager thats always out to
"get you" no matter what (the others are ok, it's just the one), buses
falling to bits (literally, then again, Pensnett has become the dumping
groung for all the old stuff now it would seem??), the usual abuse from the
public, lack of any sort of respect/ support from managment, (i could go
on.......)

It really is no surprise they cant get and keep drivers for the wonderful £6
per hour they are paying.
