xCx submitted this idea :I've just gone back to BT for phone calls, just spoken to a woman in India with the worst grasp of English of any Indian person I've ever spoken to, if she ding dinged any more she'd have started clanging!
Anyway, trying to explain that they used to do a free premium rate and international call bar got me no-where, she thought I wanted to with-hold my number on all calls, which isn't what I want at all.
Does anyone know what the magic key-words are to ask for and is this service still free of charge?
Cheers!

It ain't free to BT, though (£1.50 qtr) so don't expect it to be free to you.

Bugger! When did they start charging for it? Now, do I control myself, or do I have it added? There's no point in me having that one you can add and remove yourself, kinda defeats the object, I just have a penchant for those terrible late night phone ins, whilst entering via the 0845 number on the website is fine sometimes I'm too lazy and end up ringing the 09 number half a dozen times before coming to my senses!!
Ta for the info guys :)
