If he doesn't work in the mobile phone industry why would be have any
knowledge of their systems..?
He works in IT. I work in IT. Every company I've worked for for the last 10
years has used 3G data cards and the support guys know how to set them up,
install them, and that they are bloody expensive to use when not in the UK.
