whole aera lost everything 5pm ish its slowly coming back TV came back about 7pm internet 8pm phone still not fixed :(

For the third time in as many months my line has gone dead, looks like it
could be an area fault this time though according to the status message
after dialling 0800 183 1986, just on hold to complain, starting to wish I'd
stayed with BT on this line.
