Mobiles are quite capable of displaying the number of an international
caller,
why not BT?
Why can't we fix the problem at source. Almost all these jokers are acting
on behalf of a UK registerd company. Would you deal with a company that
offshores its activities to avoid consumer protection legislation. And as
they are acting on behalf of UK comanies why can't offcom issue a ceas and
desist order to the UK company thats issueing the instructions...
