Re: Plug and play telecom system

Hi Stuart,

Thanks for your message. I was trying to avoid having a blatantly 1) commercial and 2) "private" (ie relating to just one other person) conversation here. I'm aware of the concept of e-mail as you will know if you've read any of my previous newsgroup postings over the last 15 or so years!

There are, as you point out, a number of businesses and individuals that I might not entirely trust installation of an IP Office or any other telephone system to. However, as my business has been installing and maintaining both Network Alchemy (IP Office's predecessor) and IP Office systems throughout the country since their introduction to the market almost 10 years ago, and does invest in achieving the manufacturer's accreditations through undertaking the training that it requires of its resellers, I'd like to think (hope?) that we are a company that you could entrust this to.

It's wrong to be complacent however, and you are of course perfectly entitled to form your own opinion. There are many other accredited Avaya business partners out there and it would be quite wrong of me to suggest that they wouldn't be just as capable. We do however have a very good track record and of course would provide you with a no obligation quotation, demonstration and even perhaps loan equipment in the event that you wanted to "try before you buy"!

Perhaps this conversation could finish here or be moved to a more private form of communication now.

Kind regards,

Ed

I like to say what's on my mind, that's just the way I am. Thought I'd
just mention that before people start having a go. :)

And also, if you're going to spam the group on any sort of regular
basis try not to top post.

Other than that, good post, well done.
