Similar problem here. After weeks of faffing about to get the line enabled, mostly involving the elusive 'WLR3' customer service team (it seems that our line is forever tainted with WLR3, such that neither the website nor normal customer service channels are capable of actually doing anything), they claim that BT Privacy is enabled on the line, but caller display simply does not work.

The prospect of literally hours on hold needed to pursue this has discouraged us from pressing the matter.
