Last time I looked in The Phone Book there was a section near the front
with Customer Services Manager contact details, including a fax number
so one has knowledge that the message went through OK, and can follow
up later using www.tpc.int (unless the number used is a non-geographic,
though from memory, the fax number I saw was geographic).
