an office, and the option to present a common number for the whole firm
so incoming calls could at least get an answering machine telling their
callers "You were called by xxxxxxx but the individual extension is not
known"... By the time the call reaches the destination exchange is may
be unclear as to what number would be revealed. I've had calls with an
0800 presentation number, but on calling it does not tell me the firm's
*name* just their hours of opening, so I've no idea if they are worth a
few minutes of my time or not! Just wish they'd say the organisation's
name if they're going to have some "Our opening hours are ..." message.
