Local Link costs extra.

Do they have the same physical address? If they do, you may be in luck. However, you need to confirm (or have this confirmed) when you place the order.

They may have the same address. As it's 'new-build' I'm still finding out the address of the new building.

I can't find the answers to any of the above on the BT web site,

Why on earth are you wanting 3 physical lines at home? Forgive my bluntness but there are less costly methods of providing yourself with additional incoming "lines"

It's not at home -- it's on a charity's site with a new building being added in the corner. There's good reasons for it being three separate lines, i.e. different people paying different bills and different responsibilities for each line.

Ah. Fair enough.

Protect yourself by running some cable underground between the two buildings (if it's still in the building phase), if you can't get them to confirm what you want and have all the lines installed in the same physical building.

Failing that, you could consider a DECT extension, or perhaps a catenary wire.
