From BT web site:
"* Free internal calls - calls made and
transferred to Featureline extensions within your
premises are free"
"* Free calls between your local sites - subject
to survey, an option called Local Link allows you
to extend free internal calls to as many as five
sites with a total of up to 60 Featureline
extensions, provided these are served by the same
local exchange"
hence my question about what defines a 'premises' and a
'site'. I think Local Link costs extra.
I have no idea, but we have 10+ sites ranging from Wolverhampton through
Birmingham into Coventry and they're all on the same system, although of
course the public numbers for each phone have the relevant exchange code,
although all the Birmingham ones use the same 0121 code, regardless of
location.
