Orchid dialler help

I have an Orchard V4+ dialler which was pre-programmed by Orchard to my spec
to dial 18866. I now want to change to 1899 due to the price rise.
The problem I am having is after logging on and entering the product serial
adding it, applying it. I then get the error message "Unable to connect to
server, Switching to off-line mode" when I try to get the active routing
information.
This problem happens every time!
I am using Win XP service pack 2 and NTL for the connection, any ideas?
