But Agent and many other applications also opens the window and leaves the
cursor at the top... I've always seen it as a starting point for helping
someone trim extraneous material... It isn't that it 'encourages' but a
tendency to plain laziness, as far as I can tell, regarding quoting the
whole of a post while inserting their views at the top... Peter M.
