It's not free *automatically* - but only when you sign up for the free BT
Privacy at Home feature.
Once you have done that, your paid-for Caller Display feature will be
cancelled, and you'll get it for free.
Whether or not you save any money depends on how many calling features you
are currently paying for because - in some cases - adding or subtracting one
makes no difference to what you are charged.
