Should I still be able to access this service? Has anybody else had similar

It's still working fine for me. If you phone their technical support
team they will give you a phone number and a message to text to that
number, from the dongle. In return you get a text with your username
and password for hotspot access. Sorry, I can't remember the details.

Yes, that was how I got the username and password in the first place,
except that I got the text to send, and the number to send it to, from
the website. It worked fine for several months, so the details they
sent me must have been correct, and a I said, I've verified the
details in the file that I'm pasting into the login screen against a
backup copy taken before the problem started, so it should still work,
unless hey've changed my password for some reason without telling me.
At least if it's working for you I know that I should still be able to
use the service. I don't really like dealing with people on the
'phone, but it looks like I'll have to call their technical people,
and hope that they're better than the man in the shop.
Thank you.
