really odd nokia 2600 divert problem

Really strange problem. Voice divert for all calls appears to be
enabled on the phone but if you go into settings, call settings their
are no divert options listed.

Virus, software problem?

The icon to say that it is enabled is in the top left corner.

You can't data connect to this phone otherwise I would firmware
upgrade.
