It may do in the unusual event that your local 2G cell was removed and
replaced with a 3G only cell. In your case though it sounds like bollocks.
There should be a law against it :)
If you mean removing 2G cells and replacing them with 3G only, there's
certainly a policy against it !!
If you're referring to telesales reps talking nonsense, I thought that was
part of the job description?
