o2 Porting delays Problems bad customer service

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone else was having issues with o2 my port date
was 28th August all they've done is cut off both old and temporary
numbers and told me to expect no service for 7 days ( due to some
error ).

They've advised me to go and buy a pay and go sim ( which I did an
Orange one ) just to get some kind of service.
BTW they managed to get the sim enabled ( which was blank ) in about
10mins.

I just wondered if anyone knew the best way to complain the customer
service people don't appear to know whats going on and aren't really
interested in sorting the issue out.

I would say that this is possibly the worst service I've ever
experienced.

The customer services mentioned something about 600 ports going wrong
so I guess there are a few pissed people like me.

Regards

Peter
