Annoyingly, the phone has to be connected, with the memory card in it when you do the download. I used the USB cable but Bluetooth might work.
I was hoping to download to the PC, copy to memory card there and then insert it into the phone but that isn't allowed.

However, o2 guy told me I was wrong and that turn by turn instructionsHe's wrong.
