T-Mobile = Useless Idiots

Their website won't accept my new credit card, it just says it's already
registered. It isn't, but the old one is which has the same number but
different dates and security code.

WEBSITE DESIGNED BY IDIOTS.

I think registering via 360 fails for same reason but it doesn't actually
tell me something has gone wrong just announces that I'm being put through
to a real person. Actually that's a lie too since I'm actually put though to
73 minutes of music and then CUT ME OFF.

AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM DESIGNED BY IDIOTS.

You'd think that somewhere in such a large organization there would be
someone with the wit to notice that more people call at the weekend and hire
more reps to work at the weekend.
