Mobileshop Cashback Problems

I'm waiting on payment for my 3rd voucher payment out of 4. It expired
at the end of February so the payment is well overdue . When you phone
now you get just a recorded message about their "technical"
difficulties and them claiming it has been fixed but they need to
check that the fix has worked so they are dealing with all cashbacks
manually . . I was told a couple of weeks ago that my claim was being
passed for High Priority but I'm still waiting .
Yesterday I sent an e-mail and I told them that if it wasn't received
in 7 days I was starting a Small Claims Court action for the £105 I am
dues . All I got a was text quoting exactly what the recorded message
says when you phone so I have replied reminding them of what I said
and asking that it be escalated to a supervisor .
Is anyone else in this position .and what have you done.?
