Re: Call quality on T-Mobile

I have regretfully just moved to T-Mobile from Orange.

I find the call quality terrible in comparison. The audio seems to be severly compressed with the start and end of words chopped off. Gaps in the speech etc.

Has anyone else had this experience. I thought it might be the new handset so I tried the T-Mobile sim in my old handset and have the same problem.

Strangely, I have the same problem but in reverse. T-Mobile seems fine but the company mobile on Orange can be dreadful. :-(
