Is it worth me giving 02 a second try?

The last time I was with them the continually messed my number port up and
I could never use GPRS or Photo messaging, after several attempts at
fobbing me off they agreed to terminate my contract without penalty early.

With the appalling mess Orange is in, it seems the next best network for
coverage, tariffs and handsets, but then again they still have Indian
contact centres and poor customer service.

You didn't mention billing - were there no [systematic] overcharges or were
they all sorted out in single simple phone calls?
