T Mobile / Web n Walk / T &C

T-MOBILE states in their Web n Walk page :
"Use of Voice over Internet Protocol and Messaging over Internet Protocol is
prohibited by T-Mobile"
Can someone help me on the following questions :
1/ How can they enforce this restriction if I use SKYPE or even less with
JAJAH (that only uses the internet to connect 2 phone numbers) ?
2/ Isn't this restriction silly ? Many of us would subscribe to the service
for international calls ...
3/ If I subscribe the 18 months contract, I get the datacard for free ...
isn't it stupid to terminate the contract and loose the customer and write
off the cost of the card ?
4/ According to their customer service the 3.5G will be available in August
at the same price. Does anyone know if this is true ? and with the same
restrictions ?
5/ I know that VODAFONE already has 3.5G. Can't obtain a clear answer if
VOIP works or if it allowed in the T&Cs
Many thanks for any answers to these points ! I am really willing to sign
for the internet service but reluctant in view of these doubts.
