If you have a Nokia phone with some form of communication to your PC
(bluetooth, Infra Red, lead) you will be able to use the free 'Nokia
PC suite' to sync contacts and notes with Outlook. Afaik most Nokias
should work with the software. Just check before you buy.

With respect to your O2 contract you either will need a phone that is
already on O2 or you find one that is unlcked or easy to get unlocked-
simple as that.
