I've been Googling for about an hour but just can't find what I thought
would be basic information! So here goes. I'm selling my old PAYG mobile
to a friend who wants to use their existing number, and she's on the same
network (Orange) as my old phone. If she just uses the SIM from her old
phone in my old one, does she have to do anything else? I'm just concerned
that Orange have my home address and credit card details connected with
that phone - Or is it only connected with my old SIM that I'll dispose of?
So I'm basically asking if I need to let Orange know that I'm selling the
phone.
Thanks,
Geoff.
err No,.. short of saying you may wnt to delete any content you have saved
onto the phone, e.g. Contacts, Messages etc... as its all within the same
network, theres no issues about unlocking etc... if anything the phone may
prompt for the security code when the other simcard is first inserted....
