Ok, let's take the current situation. You are running a business, you are
about to lay off 2000 employees, you have stakeholders and shareholders to
satisfy, you have to keep the french happy, and you have a marketing
department that is out of control coming up with a new idea every months
as if they are going out of fashion -------- You receive a complaint
e-mail from a 'nobody'. Ummmmmmmm, let me see, i wonder what his/ her PA
will do ------DELETE/ TRASH CAN/ JUNK MAIL, take your pick.
Don't waste your time mate.
Don't be so negative; if anything it is more likely to work due to the fact
they'll be paranoid over customer opinion.
