SE W800 Update firmware

Had problems with file transfer on my new W800i and found out that it's 2
firmware revisions behind the latest.

As a newbie to reflashing etc, what sort of info regarding settings do I
need to get from the phone? I received a SIM-update from orange when it was
new which set my voice dial number and the SMS service number. Will I need
to re-enter this info?

Any help (or pointers to FAQs?) which could help as I'm very scared of doing
this. I normalt wouldn't bother doing such a thing but the memory stick
corruption issue renders the phone almost useless.
