[?] Interchangeability of Siemens chargers and car leads

Hi,

Over the years I have had Siemens C25 and S45 phones and I have
recently purchased an A62 as a cheapo PAYG spare unit. All of the
phones are in good working order and each of their supplied chargers has
the same Siemens phone connector on it. I have also collected several
Siemens type car adaptor leads, again with that same connector.

My question is very simple: Can I use any of the chargers and leads
with any of the phones, or must they always stay dedicated to the
specific phone for which they were supplied/purchased?

TIA - Dave
