Orange do have info about that provider...
84096 is operated by Stream Mobile, and they are described as "Content
Club"

This lot seem particularly dodgy to me - I had a customer in yesterday
who had purchased a phone on Dec 20th, and immediately he topped up with
£10 received 3 or 4 messages from this code, some of which were sent on
December 15th, so there's no way he could have subscribed as the phone
had been sitting in my stock cage!
They were quick enough to un-register him and sort out a refund but it
would be interesting to see how they responded when faced with some
clear evidence of malpractice. My customer was an elderly chap and
didn't want any fuss however so I left it at that.
