Dextra Solutions - have not given me my cash back!

I ordered a Sagem MYX5-2 with the £360 of boots vouchers (£10 straight
away, and £350 later), but I am having great difficulty in Dextra
giving me my initial Boots vouchers of 1000 points that represents
£10.
Simon Oakes s simon.oakes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx has said he has given me
my credits but he hasn't despite me chasing him many times.
Has anyone any comments on these people - I know they are owned by
Phones4U, so I'm not optimistic of getting my £350 of vouchers now
:-(.
Looks like a small claims court item when they do not pay up the £350.
