Samsung D500 - Ringing people on its own ?

Don't know if anyone can help with this strange problem:-

I got a new D500 a couple of weeks ago and it keeps ringing the number
of the last person that rang me. and i keep getting moaned at by
various people cos I keep phoning them without knowing it.

Also when I ope the slide it sometimes goes straight to the all calls
log instead of the front screen.

I've never seen this problem before
