How incredibly racist.

Although I am not a fan, as I work with the said call centre as part of my
work, I remain polite and calm throughout. As long as you are clear and
articulate, you should not have a problem. Remember, they are people just
doing their job, the same as anyone else.

BTW: PAYG customer services is 25p PER CALL, not per minute.
