Will do - thanks.
I see O2 offer home broadband for £7.34 pm (to O2 customers) with
unlimited downloads (- wish I could get that sort of offer where I am)
Does anyone know if O2 BB has a good reputation?
In Spain, truely dreadful.
I see it is a 12 months contract which doesn't inspire confidence.
Why? What has contract length to do with quality of service?
O2 has a great reputation for broadband in the UK.
Perhaps she'd be better with Plusnet who have the confidence to offer a 1
month contract for two quid extra.
Why would you advise her to pay more each month? I don't see your
logic unless you want her to buy something expensive that is not as
good as what you have - for some power trip!
Nothing wrong with o2 broadband. Go and compare what they allow
and the speeds involved compared to other ISPs that will charge far
more for a monthly contract. Why would you only want to sign up for
a month anyway? if there is a problem you complain to the ISP and
then to www.ispa.org.uk which sorts it out in no time.
Don't go advising people when you haven't done any research.
She seems fairly thick if she agreed to something she never wanted.
